Please make sure your address is correct before purchasing, we cannot change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. 

However, In some cases due to incorrect address by the customer, if any package is returned to us, customer will be charged a reshipment fee of $10-$20 depending on the location. 

Otherwise, due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. Cosmetics cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. But if by chance you are unsatisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me, I will try as much as possible to make it right by you.
